Terry, that won't do it. "--" is the default flag for not submitted. The
pre-1975 QSO will still show up as confirmed for CW DXCC. The mixed and mode
flags are not related at all.
I wonder if Paul could add an "invalid" award flag to complement submitted,
checked etc. Unfortunately you would need to flag EVERY such QSO that
mistakenly shows up as "submittable".
A better solution is for the programmer (Paul/Steve) to ignore CW QSOs before
01/01/1975 for DXCC purposes. I got my license in December, 1974 and luckily
don't have this problem.
