Hi Peter,

Guy, ON4AOI used to do this, but I don't think his database has been updated
since July 2003:

I have an updated country file on my web site which has *most* of the newest
IOTA (current as of late 2003/early 2004), but is missing the most recent few:

I need to get this stuff updated before Paul takes 6.03 to Dayton.  I'll see
what I can get done late this weekend.  If you need just the IOTA database,
send me a message and I can send you what I have.
