[Dx4win] Start and Finish times

I sure hope it has a switch so it can be disabled if that feature is added.
I looked back on nearly fifty years of logs and only found qso end times
listed in the first few years of logs where long ragchews were logged.  This
may be a requirement in the UK, but fortunately it is no longer a
requirement in this country.

I like this programme, especially the way it deals with QSLs.

Please add the facility to record qso finish times. Yes I have asked for
this before but
this time I am begging.
