[Dx4win] Show WARC bands

So sorry Jim - I was always under the impression that those awards wouldn't
count in the WARC bands. After going to ARRL site, I was totally incorrect!

Which awards do not permit WARC band contacts?  WPX is the only one I know 
of, and you can go to your WPX preferences and de-select those bands.
