[Dx4win] Needed Spots Not Being Highlighted

Dick Flanagan, K7VC helped me debug this problem.

The new database from my web page:

	http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

has some primary prefix changes to be consistent with the ARRL DXCC Award 
Listing (see Release Candidate #4 - 28 August 2003).  One of these changes 
was to change the primary prefix of the United States from "K" to "W".

If you are using the feature "Prefixes/Zones for Spotters" and you use "K" 
as one of the prefixes, you need to change this to "W" for use with the new 
country database.  This entry is under Preferences -> Packet1
