I don't like programs that try to guess for me. For example, I don't want every
HK0 spotted to be highlighted because it could *potentially* be Malpelo (99.44%
of the time, it isn't).

Like Roger, K9RB said, keep in touch with the DX bulletins, and you'll quickly
recognize calls that are "special".  You can add them to your country database
using the method he outlined.
