[Dx4win] Spot coloring bug when over-riding DXCC prefix

This to me is a primary logging problem....Prefixes that is......,
I think the default should be to any FO, NOT worked on the band called out.
Example, you have French poly wkd on 20, but you need the Austrails, DX4win
should treat it as a possible Austrial call, and not blow it off (black)
Then you can make the decision what country it should be.!
A buffer of 10 should be in a window of needed spots called out that you
need or POSSIBLY need a HOT key opens a popup.. Especially when the pace of
call out is intense, and spots are passing past the screen.
Assuming to a SINGLE default country leads to missing a needed country,
because of the way it is now there is no alert .
I think we have to deal with the possibilities rather than assume?
