After applying for my certificate early Monday AM, I received the postcard 
with my password today, and logged on to get my cert.  to my surprise, the 
web page said that my password was OK, and my certificate would be issued 
by e-mail sometime "in the next few business days."

What's up with this?  Overly cautious, or does it really take THAT 
long?  You'd think that by my age I'd have learned patience, but...
