[Dx4win] Loss of color spots

I had the same problem with the new country file. Running 5.03. Finally just went back to the my original file and forgot about the update.

Rod, I have heard of this problem before, I don't remember if it's from you
or someone else. I have no idea what could be causing it.
There are two country files in the archive. Please try both - do they both
have the problem?
