[Dx4win] Mark-V Configuration

That and/or anything connected to the serial interface... The EMP will
frequently kill serial ports... The TTL interface is even more fragile
so you need to check the rig and the level converter if the Mark-V uses
one.... If it's a "new" computer... I'm pretty sure Alan is right...

Are you sure the CAT interface in the Yaesu wasn't damaged in the
lightning strike? I had a recent strike as well, and the computer was
involved. Two buffer transistors in my IC-765 computer interface
circuitry were damaged and had to be replaced.

After going through a lightning strike at the house I have the Mark-V
and new computer hooked back up. I took the default settings for a
Yaesu FT1000MP in the radio settings, but I am not talking to the radio
and no CAT light ever blinks. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
