[Dx4win] telnet problem?

I run DX4WIN 5.03 on a computer with operating system Windows Me.  I =
have encountered a problem getting DX spots via telnet.  I can set =
TCP/IP in the preferences and then select an address in the Internet =
Connections menu, but nothing happens.  I do not get connected.  I have =
talked with others using DX4WIN and confirmed that all my settings in =
DX4WIN are correct.  The problem must be with compatability of my =
version of DX4WIN with the WIndows Me operating system.  Has anyone else =
encountered this problem?  If so, how is it fixed?
