[Dx4win] color and priority

The way this was described to me, a new mode is more important than a
new band (as I think most would agree).  The confusing thing is only the
priority number assigned.

Thanks for your comment but the QSX frequency is not the issue. Reread
my 
specific example of the issue I found. I can duplicate it every time. I
can 
take any one of the two dozen or so countries that I have confirmed on
SSB 
and worked but not confirmed on any band on CW, make a callout for that 
country on CW on a band I have never worked that country, and the
resultant 
spot is always Blue or Priority 4 and not Red Bolded to indicate a new
band 
country. In the specific example I cite, Priority 4 is taking precedence

over Priority 3 every time. Try it. Regards, Tony N2SS
