[Dx4win] Input of logdata from paper log into dx4win

Jeff,
I took a two step approach (and have only implemented the first step!).
The first step was to examine my QSL collection, go back into my paper logs,
and enter every QSO for which I had received a QSL card. (which was not very
many - I was not an avid QSL'er then). So, at least I had an accurate count
for any awards (DXCC, WAZ, WAS, etc ).
The second step (have not done this yet, one of those "get around to it"
projects) is to create an Excel spreadsheet and enter the essential columns
from the paper log for each QSO: date, band, mode, time, callsign, RSTs,
RSTr, and Note (the ops name if I have it). I figure it will be a lot easier
to pull data from the paper logs into a spreadsheet if the spreadsheet
resembles the log... line by line for 30 years worth of logs. Then, export
from Excel to a CSV text file and import that into DX4WIN.
