[Dx4win] disconnect fix

You missed the point John... VE7CC is running on your computer as a
node... You then connect DX4Win to it, and it's exactly the same as
connecting to any other cluster... But the connection won't drop because
it is a loopback connection to your own computer.

Anyway, it's something Paul should address as most other Logging
programs have the ability to keep connections up without having to use
an auxiliary program.

I'm finding DX4Win support seems a little slower lately... In all
probability Paul is just plain busy at work or family life... So I guess
he'll get around to the few outstanding issues when he can. He always
fixes critical issues quickly... Minor stuff has to wait. Try the
workaround for now...
