[Dx4win] Telnet Disconnect

Are you running DX4WIN from behind a firewall?  If so, the firewall is
probably timing you out because you are not sending any outbound
data.  This is a common feature of many firewalls (esp. corporate
firewalls).  The best solution is to write a program or script which
sends something to the telent location periodically.
