[Dx4win] LOTW and SAT QSOs

You might want to check the DXLab archive...

There has been considerable discussion, and DXKeeper now handles
Satellite QSO's uploaded to LOTW correctly... It did require program
changes...

One thing you might consider temporarily... Since DXKeeper is free...
You could use it for your satellite Q's until Paul has a chance to make
the necessary changes... It's actually a pretty nice program... But
requires a LOT more computer power than DX4Win (it uses MS jet and VB)
