[Dx4win] AUTO Flagging, & DX4win???

Just received a bunch of QSL Cards back from the bureau.
So I go to logbook mark the QSO CfM.
Now here's the glitch.... if I'm working on a DXCC and WAZ why doesn't the
QSO get automatically applied(submit) to DXCC,Mode,Band, or WAZ as needed.
I'm spending hours looking up each band needed with the ARRL DXCC printout
to see if I need the card, then manually go back and submit as needed! Same
with the Zones, I have to check were I need the QSO applied?
I think the software should do the work.
Shouldn't the program do this for me, or am I doing it wrong?
