[Dx4win] LOtW & ADIF export County problem

My understanding was that when they started issuing "live" certificates 
almost a month ago that the system was consider in "production" status. The 
"beta test" info that was on the LoTW web pages was removed around then as 
well. Did I miss something?

By the way, on a different topic: The ADIF export (from LoTW) problem 
(reported here) with an error in the "County" field has been fixed. I got a 
message back from Jon Bloom thanking me for passing along the info (nobody 
had told them yet; thanks to the guys who reported it here), and a test 
export that I did shows that the county format is now correct.
