Hi Rod,

A good question.  I can't speak for Paul/Steve, but in reading the ARRL-LOTW
reflector on Yahoo groups, it sounds like LoTW may have been rushed out the
door without a properly architected or written programmers interface to the
data. Thus, it may be some time before logbook authors have something
reasonable to work with.
