[Dx4win] Mapping specific callsigns to a Country (TO4E)

Hello
It might be that the default DXCC for prefix TO is France F.
And so it is in your log.
And for you F is not so high priority??
So it might show only priority 4.
But as soon as you do logging of TO4E like advised (and delete the QSO also, if not worked)
the mapping will be correct and you get a higher priority for the next spot. 
This is the problem with issuing calls that doesn�t follow the default rules.
