[Dx4win] DX4Win and LoTW results

I noticed the problem with DL2FAG a while back when I received LoTW 
confirmations
from him.  I brought it to the attention of LoTW support.  Apparently 
DL2FAG sent
for his certificate using the wrong country code so all of his 
confirmations are
coming out as DL/D (deleted Germany).  The LoTW people said they would have him
correct his certification and upload his log again correctly.  Obviously 
that hasn't
been done yet.
