Checking the adif.pmp file in my V6.02, I noted that all seems to map OK, 
except I did find this puzzling entry on lines 52 - 54:

8Z568
93 93
9A497

Whatever country number 93 is, is listed under "93", rather than a callsign 
prefix.  "K" is mapped to 291.
