[Dx4win] Yaesu FT-897 Interface

Hello Folks

You can use the settings for the FT-847 in three
baudrates 4800,9600 and 38400.
Works fine for me with homebrew interface.
Also with FTBasic and MMTTY
I am not sure about the CT-62 which can be tricky
with some programs.
