[Dx4win] CW-ID Speed Adjust for PSK31

Hello All,
I am having a problem changing CW-ID Speed for PSK31 from the Keyboard =
settings. It seems to be stuck at about 20 WPM even though the Keyboard =
setting  for WPM is 10  Is there someplace else I need to look ?
