Yes, I know, but most of them use some popular software like Pavillion which
does not have the filtering feature. And even if they did, I can't force
cluster owners to use them, Hi!

The cluster-node has filters that can do this to some extent. Check out
http://www.kc5nyo.net/files/ARC/arcusermanual.htm  and scroll down to
filters.
