[Dx4win] DX4Win LoTW PSK3 error cure

The word from the LoTW team says "That's an error in DX4WIN. The ADIF file
has the wrong number of characters listed for the MODE field."


A cure for the error is to open the ADIF file with Windows Wordpad and da a
find "<mode:4>PSK3" , then do Replace ALL with <mode:5>PSK31" then save the
file.  Now sign the file and upload it or email it to LoTW and it should now
be free of the PSK3 mode error
