[Dx4win] LOTW Success! Thanks for Help!

The file size was consistent with mine, given the approximate number of 
QSOs we both entered.  My PC's CPU was at nearly 95 percent - Dell 933 MHz 
- while it was processing - very CPU intensive.  The 16 QSL records means 
that you have 16 confirmed QSOs.
