[Dx4win] Logbook of the World/DX4Win Translation Errors.

Recently submitted some test logs to the ARRL Logbook of the World beta test.

My return report indicated mode errors and eventually rejected my log submission.

It appears that LoTW is looking for "PSK31" which is not an available selection in DX4Win versio 6.02
or earlier. May have to expand the Mode field size to accomodate more discriptive mode entries in future versions to be compatible with LoTW.
