[Dx4win] Loss of Proper BAND Display

Hi All,

Problem resolved.  I received an email from Steve, NR4M. His suggestion 
was to do a microprocessor reset for the radio involved.  That FIXED the 
problem with the software, now to reprogram the lost memories.
