Hi Jim,

Thanks for reply. Tried reboot, defrag, scandisk before sending out the 
plea. No change.

Also, if anyone has the info that was circulating a few months back on 
the reflector about the free/shareware programs that would ping ur 
telnet connections to avoid disconnects, I'd appreciate it. Trying to 
help an east-coaster that doesn't belong to the reflector!
