[Dx4win] Time Problems -- "QSO -- Add Real Time!"???

The best way to deal with the Windows time zone is create your own zone.
Please find into your Windows install disk the file TZEDIT.EXE and run it.
You may either create your own time zone or edit an existing one. All your
time problems will be solved.
