Small quibble -- I don't think you can sort by QSL date -- it is not one of 
the listed sort indices.  But if you put a date in the QSL Date window, it 
will limit the QSOs listed in the logbook report window to those that HAVE 
a date there that is after the date selected.  The QSL dates do not seem to 
be sorted in any useful way, however.
