Yes... But you just select the Com port in DX4Win... The IRQ assignments
are done in Windows... This isn't like DOS programs...

Non standard IRQ for COM Ports.

Is it possible to specify double digit IRQs e.g. 10, to serve as the
packet 
port or any other port.
