[Dx4win] List Index Out of Bounds

I have cracked this nut with a sledgehammer.  I reinstalled Dx4WIN 6.02.  It
works now, though I have been unable to persuade my DXP38 to work with it,
even though it works just fine with Writelog.

Anyone out there got a DXP38 running as a RTTY terminal with DX4WIN (6.02)?
