I'm not sure that the problem doesn't exist in the IOTA database as well.  =
I had to change the=20
definition for:

St Maarten, Saba, St Eust  to  St Maarten&Saba& St Eust

in order for it to work properly.

This sounds like a bug in Paul's export function.  If a field has commas, =

must put quotes around the entire field.  He does this with the IOTA =
database I
believe, so it should be easy enough to fix.
