[Dx4win] Freq in MHz for $$ in QSO note

Thank you for your replies.

The program I am importing it to is MS-ACCESS. I have written an =
extensive database that does reporting, graphs and QSL return tracking =
well beyond the scope of DX4WIN.

To use the database I click on the log window and tell it to save the log =
as a file. This file is comma separated and is written by directly by =
DX4WIN.

I suppose I could parse the file with another program but it could not be =
Access beacuse Access does not read the file correctly because DX4WIN only =
writes the file one way.

Since DX4WIN exports comma seperated log files the inclusion of any comma =
messes up the export. Perhaps another way to do this would be to change =
the delimiter that DX4WIN uses to break up fields.

I have tried to fix it on import, but there is no way to differentiate =
good commas and bad commas. =20

PS> The manual I am refering to is the DX4WIN manual and this has nothing =
to do with any sort of email client.

Thanks again for the replies.

Hi Doug..

I realize this isn't a "solution"... but can it not be fixed in the
importing program?

Would this have to be a new feature request? I would hate to lose the
functionality because of the comma breaking my log export/import. I did
look in the manual and found nothing that helps me answer this question.
