Regarding the 10-10 numbers... the capability you seek is already included
in DX4WIN. I record 10-10 QSOs, and am able to use the custom 10-10 report
to list unique numbers. See <R>eports, <C>ustom, <L>isting worked, "TenTen"

WAS - Sounds like you are really asking for two things:
#2.a For a listing of all non-confirmed states, see <R>eports, WAS, Listing
#2.b To see a list of all QSOs (callsigns) that you _could_ send a card to
in order to confirm a state, run the report indicated in #2.a, then double
click on the gird for the state/band in question. The callsigns will appear
in the <W>indow <L>ogbook window.
