[Dx4win] Upgrading from Windows98 to WindowsXP

Folks:

I just bit the bullet and upgraded my operating system.  Now DX4WIN does not
work however I recall seeing a lot of information on this in the past.  So,
after searching the archives back for about a year and not finding what I
want, I decided to ask the list.

When trying to start DX4WIN, I get the message "Port Driver Not Found"  and
"Check Appendix: Files for the Correct Driver".  Is the solution to
eliminating this message to reinstall DX4WIN and let it put the proper
drivers where they are supposed to be?
