Thanks guys - two options were offered.  Both worked.

Option one was to go to the IOTA database and use control-insert.  It
works and would have been a little time consuming to enter approximately
25 or so.

Thankfully someone else sent me their data file and I was able to update
mine.

I am running DX4WIN version 4.07.  How do I add new IOTA reference
numbers?  I have looked both in the help file and on the Website and
sent a request (yesterday) to support.  But as of the moment I can't
figure it out!
