[Dx4win] V6.02 question

This happens to me once in a while. I have been unable to figure out if 
there is a specific sequence that causes it happen since I can never 
recreate the problem when I want to.

But it does happen. It isn't a problem, but is annoying when it occurs.

I am running DX4WIN 6.02 and and Win 98SE.
