[Dx4win] Spot announcements minor BUG

I also noticed a similar problem.  I am interested in mode countries but =
not
band countries.  When I set DX Alerts to "New Award Mode" I get
announcements of new bands as well as new modes.  Setting DX Alerts to =
"New
Country" gets me the desired new mode and new country alerts.  It looks =
like
something is a notch off.

I confirmed that if I set DX Alerts to "none" I still get new country
announcements...

There might be something amiss...
During beta testing... I had noticed that with DX Alerts set to "None" I
was still getting new country announcements... I haven't re-read the
Help file... so I might have something wrong in setup... I'll take a
look this evening...
