[Dx4win] Spot announcements

Ron,

I had problem,s with FO0AOI.  It always maps to FO/M when the QSL Card
clearly shows them on FO on a certain date. It's probably something in my
country file that I need to go edit but have no bothered.

I just tried the "new country" setting and it works fine here.  Under Packet
1, do you have the "DX Alert" set to "New Country"? The new INI structure
was different, perhaps it did not merge as intended.
