Couple of things to mention here:=0D
=0D
1. The Version 5 DX4WIN.CFG file is incompatible with Version 6.=0D
Copying it will do no good. You must go to Preferences in V5=0D
and write the .INI file, then merge this into V6 from the same=0D
menu. Make sure to look at EACH preferences tab after doing=0D
this, as some of the settings don't transfer (like ICOM radio=0D
baud rate). Paul added some new awards flags, and those may=0D
not transfer properly either.=0D
=0D
2. There were some changes to the DX4WIN.CTY file to corrrect=0D
county names. You will lose these changes if you over-write=0D
the V6 file with your V5 file. It's best to merge the CTY=0D
files, which DX4WIN should do automatically when you upgrade.=0D
