If you are using Zonealarm (or similar)... Make sure you have given the
DX4WIN executable permission to access the net.

I have lost my ability to connect to a TCP/IP node for spots. I recently
changed to a broadband (cable) connection and installed a software
firewall. Both of these are possible suspects, however when I use telnet
outside of DX4WIN, it connects fine. Any suggestions?
