[Dx4win] Additional Search Features

Writelog is good at generating Cabrillo.  If you watch the writelog
reflector, it is evident that an effort is required to generate the proper
cabrillo file for each contest and sponsor.  I built several Cabrillo files
by hand for the ARRL contests and decided that WriteLog was a good
investment.
