[Dx4win] DXBase?????

I have run DX4Win for a few years now. But I still remember very well, after running DXBase for a good while, that I was charged $29.95 for the 3 1/2 inch floppy to change to my new call sign after upgrading .

Did not take long to discover DX4Win after that.
