[Dx4win] ON6DP QSL Manager Database

I did a google search and found the ON6DP database:

One web link said this works with DX4WIN.  Was updated 23 January 2003.  37K
managers or more.  The Excel format may be comma-delimited and can be imported
into DX4WIN directly.  Someone try and report back (make sure to back up your
existing DX4WIN.CTY file first).
