[Dx4win] DX4WIN - Yaesu 1000D connection

The "Las Vegas View" as Yaesu calls it allows you to see the ROM version.
Hold the 1.5 & 7 MHz button and power up the radio and let go of the
buttons.  The radio will go through the routine and display Yaesu 6.00 (my
current version).

My Rig  interface is powered from the serial port. Radio type is Yaesu
FT1000, Baud Rate is 4800, check Default, It does mention that you need
EPROM version 6.0 or later, and RTS High is checked (this is my setup, but
it gives you an idea)
