[Dx4win] QSL Labels and Avery 8160 Labels

Roger:

This didn't help my problem - it just moved the first label down further,
where what needs to happen is move it up. The custom label
configuration won't accept a negative "spacing top" value.

The spacing between labels also was still wrong. Worth a
try, though!
