[Dx4win] Confusion over "checked" awards flags

ARRL treats them the same.  You can probably work around the problem by
doing a 5BDXCC submission, exporting the logfile, make a new log of just
these qso's, do a regular submission so they will get marked correctly, then
import them back to your log replacing the duplicate qso's.

Thanks, Paul.  That makes sense and I considered that, but didn't find an
explanation anywhere to that effect.  Based on your comment, I guess I've
